After subscribing, you can submit unlimited requests to your backlog, and they'll be completed once moved in to the current requests, 1 or 2 at a time depending on your subscription plan.
You can request support for SharePoint Online, Forms, Power Automate (In-tenant), Admin Center, and Teams.
Depending on your plan, we can help you create basic Power Automate flows, such as approval flows, so long as they use in tenant connectors. We highly recommend setting up a service account if you choose to go this route.
To streamline your support without issues, once subscribed, we will need an admin account within your tenant.
Clients that require an NDA can request one by reaching out to contact@kamz365.com and we can send over an NDA for signature. Your proprietary company data will always be kept secure, whether an NDA is in place or not.
To maintain a seamless workflow, we primarily communicate through the board. However, we do offer a 15-minute introductory call for those interested. Beyond that, we kindly refrain from scheduling meetings.
Typically, most simple requests are resolved within three days. However, the completion time may vary depending on the intricacy of the request or revision and the clarity of provided details.
Due to the high quality of work and time it takes to conduct processes, we do not offer any refund. You can always cancel your subscription at any time.
